During the months of November - March we will host off-season basketball training specifically for our YFE ELITE AAU Players who will be participating in our 2020 Spring/Summer AAU season. This is an opportunity for us to continue developing our players and preparing them for open competition. 

 

Players will focus on the following items

  • Specific fundamental and advanced basketball skills development
  • Basketball IQ and game situations
  • Overall athletic ability 
  • Shooting form and use of the Dr. Dish Shooting Machines
  • Vertimax training

Cost: $300/player

 

November - December: Monday / Wednesday

  • 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM 3rd Boys, 4th Boys, 4th Girls, 5th Boys
  • 7:30 PM - 6th Boys, 7th, Boys, 7th Girls, 8th Grade Boys

 

There will be a break starting the week of December 16 - January 4th

 

January - March: Sunday Only

90 Minute afternoon session. Time to be announced. 

 

Location: Ben Franklin Middle School or local gym facility if needed

Some of the days may be at another location canceled in the event of a school function or scheduling conflict with park and rec or the school district. 

 

Players must currently be on a current YFE ELITE TEAM and intend to play in Spring/Summer 2020
